Cullen earned his undergraduate degree in psychology from William & Mary and went on to earn his J.D from University of New Hampshire School of Law. While in law school, Cullen gained experience working on criminal defense and prosecution as a Rule 36-certified student attorney, as well as experience providing intern support on plaintiff’s-side civil litigation matters.
As a legal professional after law school Cullen has had opportunities to represent a variety of individual and organizational clients in the Boston Municipal Courts as well as Massachusetts District and Superior Courts. His practice experience includes the handling of property damage, construction defect, condominium trust, and a variety of other tort claims in both pre-litigation and active litigation phases. Cullen works on legal matters involving business investment disputes, construction contract disputes, condominium unit disputes, real estate matters, nuisance, trespass, as well as matters involving misrepresentation and fraud. Prior to joining Calabrese Law Associates, Cullen worked in insurance defense and other forms of civil litigation defense.
Cullen is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and a resident of Brighton, Massachusetts.
