Daniel Casieri is a Massachusetts native. He earned his law degree from Suffolk Law School, and his undergraduate degree from Thomas Edison State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts, focusing on English and World Literature.
Immediately upon passing the bar exam in 2017, Daniel moved from his hometown in Lakeville to Plymouth, where he started a solo law practice. There, he specialized in construction litigation, and sat as a member of the Plymouth Historical District Commission. Having worked for his father’s construction company as an adolescent, Daniel had familiarity with the construction industry—an expertise that he brought to his private practice and the Commission.
Although Plymouth made for a good home, after six years, Daniel sought a faster pace. In 2023, he moved to South Boston, when he started working for Calabrese Law Associates.
Daniel’s practice includes commercial and residential construction disputes and litigation–typically those involving defective workmanship, violations of the Massachusetts State Building Code, real estate disputes, as well as litigation involving land use, boundary line disputes, nuisance, and zoning matters.
Daniel also works with clients involved in condominium disputes with unit owners or condominium associations, matters arising from the violation of condominium rules and bylaws, and actions to enforce condominium rules and regulations. He also handles business disputes at the pre-litigation stage, business litigation matters in the Massachusetts trial courts, mediations, and arbitrations.
